Nuclear & Industrial
Technical design and multidisciplinary coordination on licensed nuclear sites and major industrial redevelopments, including work at Urenco's Capenhurst site, Sellafield, and the Shotton Paper Mill redevelopment.
Civic & Masterplanning
Town-centre regeneration and civic buildings, from stakeholder engagement through to delivery — including a town-centre delivery plan and a new council headquarters built from six consolidated buildings.
Residential
New-build homes, extensions and ancillary buildings through to large-scale residential-led masterplans, spanning Green Belt sites and developments of 500+ units.
Commercial & Mixed-Use
Mixed-use and commercial schemes delivered through all RIBA work stages, working directly with Tier 1 contractors, developers and heritage bodies on listed buildings.

Jonathan Farrell
Director — Architect, RIBA, ARBChartered Architect with over 11 years' experience spanning nuclear, industrial, civic, commercial and residential work — currently working on Costain's £200m Urenco nuclear licensed facility at Capenhurst. Alongside that large-scale work, Jonathan has spent the same 11 years delivering domestic projects for private clients, working with local planning authorities across the North West and North Wales.

Director — Architect, RIBA, ARBChartered Architect with over 11 years across industrial, nuclear, residential, commercial, leisure and conservation work, comfortable operating under both JCT and NEC forms of contract — currently leading Costain's architectural team on the Urenco Capenhurst project. Tom brings the same depth to domestic work, having delivered residential and conservation-led projects with local planning authorities across the North West and North Wales for over a decade.
